ROADCRAFT walk you through the entire process from collection to registration and Customs clearance.
Our FREE customer collection package includes local Airport/Train station collection.
A dedicated member of our staff will personally hand over your new car and explain all it’s functions in detail before you depart.

Our U.S. and Canadian Volvo customers enjoy all of the above services with the additional service of :
a) Direct shipment to the USA or CANADA (free of charge including Shipment, Marine insurance, Port wharfage, Customs clearance and Inland freight to your local Volvo dealer)
and b) Collection at the Volvo factory (except XC60)

Volvo Factory Delivery Experience gives you the unique opportunity to collect your new Volvo from our state-of-the-art factory in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Collecting your new Volvo
We will collect you from the airport or hotel in Gothenburg and drive you to the Volvo Factory Delivery Centre in Torslanda, which is located just outside the city. Here, we will give a run-through of your new car and take care of any important documentation. You will then get the chance to take your new car for a test drive on our test track before we treat you to a celebratory traditional Swedish lunch.
Volvo factory tour
After lunch, it’s time to climb aboard the ‘Blue Train’ and take a guided tour around the Volvo factory. The tour takes approximately one hour and gives you the chance to see exactly how your Volvo was built.
A visit to the Volvo museum
As our guest, you will also get the opportunity to visit the Volvo museum for a journey through Volvo’s history, from the company’s humble beginnings in 1927 to the modern day. Along the way you’ll see iconic models, groundbreaking designs and innovations and concept cars built from pure imagination.
